Gold Leaf Group is a Los Angeles based real estate firm founded by RJ Przebinda and Varun Pathria in 2003 to provide unparalleled real estate advisory in all sectors of the industry. GLG was developed to leverage our professionals’ broad range of knowledge and experience, so our clients can expect more than just real estate advice from us.
In 2005, GLG expanded into the dental and medical tenant representation specialty. We work closely with our clients to identify and secure real estate for their practices anywhere in California. In addition to having access to today’s widely used resources, we also leverage our extensive network of Southern California brokers, property management companies and developers to identify opportunities that may not be available or evident to a typical broker.
Our highly educated professionals bring a well-developed set of business skills, including a knowledge of finance, negotiation, marketing, construction and accounting, allowing us to anticipate the each client’s unique needs, critical to practice success.

RJ Przebinda’s Biography
RJ Przebinda is Co-Founder and Principal with Gold Leaf Group, a real estate corporation. RJ has been involved with Gold Leaf Group since its inception in 2003, and specializes in healthcare tenant representation throughout Southern California.
RJ began his real estate career as an independent real estate broker specializing in multi-family and residential investment properties throughout greater Los Angeles. RJ became exposed to commercial and residential investment properties at an early age and has been actively involved with managing his family’s real estate investments since 1994. Prior to forming Gold Leaf Group, RJ served as Senior Business Analyst and Manager of Financial Analysis for Wherehouse Entertainment Inc., a national music retailer headquartered in Torrance, California. RJ helped oversee the company’s leasehold interests in over 600 retail stores nationwide and developed his extensive expertise in site analysis, lease negotiations and workout negotiations.
RJ has helped countless physicians and dentists start new practices in Southern California by identifying appropriate space for their particular needs and conducting lease or acquisition negotiations on their behalf. RJ is recognized by healthcare lenders such as Bank of America Practice Solutions, various dental and medical supply companies and other professionals in the healthcare industry as a foremost expert in healthcare real estate advisory. He works with dentists and medical professionals seeking to lease space in retail centers and professional buildings, as well as established dentists, doctors and medical groups interested in acquiring medical buildings of their own. Using his extensive network of real estate owners, developers, property managers and real estate brokers, he is able to secure prime locations with the best terms possible.
RJ holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA and an MBA with a specialization in Real Estate Finance from USC. In addition, RJ has earned a Certificate in Real Estate Investments from UCLA Extension.
RJ serves as a member of the Board of Directors of POLAM Federal Credit Union and participates in fundraising efforts for the Ketchum Downtown L.A. YMCA and Ronald McDonald House, Pasadena. He lives in Pasadena with his wife and daughter, and enjoys outdoor sports such as, cycling, beach volleyball and hiking. RJ enjoys watching both international and club soccer matches and is an avid UCLA Basketball fan. Go Bruins!
